Midwestern Vascular Surgical Society
Medical Student Education and Participation Program
When: September 13th, 2019
Where: Westin Chicago River North, Chicago, IL
What: The primary goal of the program is to introduce the specialty of vascular surgery as a career choice to students. Students of all levels (first to fourth year medical students) may attend didactic lectures, basic vascular surgery skill training, expert simulation and training demonstrations, and discuss career choices with members of MVSS.
How: There are 50 participation spots and 20 travel stipends. Applications can be found here, and are accepted on a first come, first served basis. Deadline is Aug 30, 2019.
